HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
The Clinical Director for the Multicultural Community Services District provides visionary clinical leadership for a diverse portfolio of programs serving immigrant, refugee, and historically marginalized communities across the region. This role ensures that LCSNW’s trauma informed, strength-based, and culturally attuned services are delivered with excellence, compassion, and integrity.

The Clinical Director guides a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, case managers, peer specialists, and program supervisors, cultivating an environment where staff feel supported, empowered, and connected to the mission. Through expert clinical oversight, reflective supervision, and a commitment to continuous quality improvement, the Clinical Director upholds the highest standards of care while advancing equitable access to behavioral health and wellness services.

This position plays a pivotal role in shaping program strategy, strengthening community partnerships, and aligning clinical practice with the lived experiences of the communities LCSNW serves. The ideal candidate brings deep cultural humility, strong clinical acumen, and the ability to navigate complex systems while championing innovation and collaborative problem solving. The Clinical Director ensures that every client and family receives responsive, culturally grounded care that promotes healing, resilience, and long-term stability.

  • Active clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) in good standing
  • Minimum 5–7 years of clinical experience, including progressive leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral health regulations, ethics, and best practices
Preferred
  • Experience in community-based, nonprofit, or culturally specific programs
  • Experience with grant-funded programs and outcome reporting
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills aligned with client population

HOW YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Active clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) in good standing
  • Minimum 5–7 years of clinical experience, including progressive leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral health regulations, ethics, and best practices
Preferred
  • Experience in community-based, nonprofit, or culturally specific programs
  • Experience with grant-funded programs and outcome reporting
