We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Operations Director to join our team at our 25-bed critical access hospital, outpatient clinic and resident and long-term care facilities. In this role, you will o versee the billing and revenue cycle services of our hospital district. The Director will manage key departments such as A/R Management, Admitting/Switchboard, and Data Processing, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations to maximize cash flow while maintaining positive customer relations. This role involves leading the strategy for optimizing revenue cycle operations, systems, policies, and procedures. Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising billing, collections, charge entry, and payment processing to ensure proper handling of accounts.
- Managing Admitting/Switchboard operations, ensuring timely patient access to healthcare services.
- Overseeing computer systems related to billing, ensuring smooth operation and timely claims submission.
- Staying current with billing regulations and ensuring compliance to maximize reimbursement.
- Resolving billing and admitting complaints, ensuring timely action is taken.
- Collaborating with the CFO to maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts.
- Supervising and training staff, ensuring continuous improvement through regular performance evaluations.
- Coordinating revenue cycle management functions with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in a leadership role and five years of experience of medical/financial billing
- Skilled in leading process enhancements, analyzing data and maximizing productivity
Working knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to health care operations preferred
