Auto Damage Appraiser / Estimator Columbia Auto BodyColumbia Auto Body is seeking an experienced Auto Damage Appraiser / Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for inspecting vehicle damage, writing repair estimates, ordering parts, and working directly with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.We are a fast-paced collision repair facility serving insurance partners, retail customers, dealerships, and fleet accounts, so strong communication and organization skills are essential.ResponsibilitiesInspect vehicles and assess collision damageWrite accurate repair estimates using CCC ONEOrder and track parts needed for repairsCommunicate with insurance companies regarding claims and supplementsAssist customers through the repair and insurance processCoordinate with technicians, parts department, and production staffMaintain strong relationships with insurance partners and fleet accountsManage supplements and ensure proper documentation for repairsQualificationsMinimum 1 year experience as an auto damage appraiser or estimatorExperience using CCC ONE requiredExperience in a fast-paced collision repair shopMassachusetts Auto Damage Appraiser License preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work with insurance carriers, retail customers, dealerships, and fleet accountsPortuguese speaking is a plusBenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceHealth insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation
