Position Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Auto Damage Appraiser to join our high-end body shop. The right candidate will have a strong understanding of OEM repair procedures and experience estimating repairs on European vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Create accurate damage estimates in CCC One.
- Research and document OEM repair procedures (Porsche, Audi, etc.)
- Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians
- Manage supplements and repair plan updates
- Ensure all repairs meet OEM and shop quality standards
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as an auto damage appraiser or estimator
- Experience with Porsche, Audi, or other European brands preferred
- Strong knowledge of OEM repair documentation
- Proficiency in CCC One.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
