We're looking for a part-time Arena Operations Supervisor to help lead exceptional arena experiences, support a high-performing team, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for our members and guests.

Compensation & Benefits Include:
The pay range for this position is $23.50 to $26.00/ per hour. The actual pay rate offered will depend on the overall qualifications of the individual applicant for the position and the amount budgeted for the role. As an Arena Operations Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day success of our arena operations by:
- Supervising daily arena operations to ensure a safe, high-quality recreational environment
- Serving as Manager on Duty and covering assigned arena shifts
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching Arena Attendants
- Fostering a positive, service-focused atmosphere for members and guests
- Addressing member feedback with professionalism and timely solutions
- Conducting facility walk-throughs and coordinating maintenance needs
- Supporting budgeting, timekeeping, and staffing coverage
- Training staff on club programs, procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use
- Upholding CA's mission, values, and commitment to community engagement
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in recreation, facility operations, or health & fitness environments preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and supervise staff during active operations
- Confidence handling conflict and high-pressure situations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification (required within 60 days of hire)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform regular facility walk-throughs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and variable hours
- Work in both office and active arena environments
