Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Process policy changes including endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements
- Issue certificates of insurance (COIs) accurately and in a timely manner
- Respond to client inquiries related to billing, coverage, and policy servicing
- Support the renewal process by gathering exposure data, applications, and loss runs
- Assist with claims inquiries and provide support in communicating with carriers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date policy documentation in the agency management system
- Communicate with insurance carriers to complete servicing tasks and follow up on requests
Ensure compliance with internal workflows, procedures, and timelines
Provide administrative and service support to Account Managers/Executives
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- 13 years of commercial insurance customer service experience
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Basic understanding of commercial insurance coverages and terminology
- Experience with agency management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple requests simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Salary : $36,000 - $48,000
