Treasury Operations Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Treasury Operations Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the organization's treasury functions across both US and Canadian entities. This position is responsible for managing banking relationships, ensuring accurate and timely cash forecasting, and maintaining robust controls over accounts payable and intercompany loan activities. The role requires strategic oversight of liquidity planning and financial compliance, as well as hands-on administration of banking platforms and treasury systems. This position is integral to maintaining financial stability, supporting business growth, and ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.

This is a hybrid position (Three days per week in office) and is based in our Oakbrook Terrace location.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

· Banking & Cash Management (US & Canada): Administer BOA and TD Bank platforms, manage wires/ACH, bank fees, signatories, and fraud controls. Perform daily bank balancing and liquidity reporting.

· Cash Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare and consolidate 13-week forecasts using OneStream. Forecast liquidity needs and support intercompany balancing.

· Accounts Payable & Credit Cards: Process payments, manage Epicor invoicing, and oversee corporate credit card issuance and limits.

· Intercompany Loans: Track global loan balances, send interest invoices, and maintain documentation.

· Insurance & Leases: Manage global insurance policies, claims, audits, and lease documentation.

· Debt Compliance: Prepare and submit financials to lenders, manage borrowing notices, and ensure quarterly compliance.

· M&A & Regulatory Reporting: Support banking onboarding, coordinate payments, and facilitate FBAR and audited financial submissions.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

· 5 years of treasury or financial operations experience

· Proficiency in banking platforms, Epicor, and OneStream

· Strong analytical and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
