Certified Lymphedema Therapist | PT or OT

The Certified Lymphedema Therapist will primarily evaluate and treat patients with lymphedema, chronic edema, and related lymphatic disorders, utilizing the unique expertise of occupational therapy to address functional limitations, activities of daily living, upper-extremity involvement, self-management, and quality of life.  This position provides an exciting opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about lymphedema treatment and interested in helping build and grow a specialty program. The successful candidate will work closely with our rehabilitation and wound care teams while helping establish Vereen Rehabilitation Center as a leading regional resource for lymphedema treatment.

Qualifications :

• Current and active Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of Georgia.
• Bachelors/Masters in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy Doctorate or better in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Masters or better in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Bachelors or better in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• BLS Certification
• Strong clinical reasoning skills with a passion for patient-centered care.
