We're Hiring! Front Desk & Shampoo Assistant
Colour Bar Studio is looking for an experienced Front Desk & Shampoo Assistant to join our growing team!
We're looking for someone who has previous experience working in a hair salon and is comfortable balancing front desk responsibilities with assisting our stylists on the salon floor. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) is required to be considered. We are looking for someone interested in a long-term position.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and checking in guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing the front desk
- Shampooing and preparing guests for their services
- Assisting stylists as needed throughout the day
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the salon
- Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring every guest has a great experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a hair salon is required
- Front desk or salon reception experience is preferred
- Shampoo assistant experience is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy salon environment
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic
- Passion for the beauty industry and excellent customer service
