Job Summary
Colortech Creative Solutions is a 3rd generation family-run creative solutions company based in Lebanon, PA, since 1980. We specialize in print, design, marketing, mailing, and all things creative. Our print division encompasses multiple departments, including large-format printing, digital and offset printing, mailing, and fulfillment.
We’re seeking an experienced professional who is interested in joining our team as Customer Service Rep./Estimator. This role will involve overseeing and managing client relations and customer projects, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Aid the sales team by generating proposals, estimates and quotations.
- Handle and respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email.
- Trouble shoot with the client on project issues
- Communicate with prepress and divisions of the shop for inventory, deadlines, changes, etc.
- Prepare work to be estimated by gathering information, specifications and related documents and information.
- Compute costs by collecting and analyzing information in relation to labor, materials, and time requirements
- Maintain and uphold a positive attitude
Qualifications and Skills
- 3 years of experience in the printing industry
- Experience in Customer Service and Estimating Fields
- Experience in a sales-related field
- Strong PC skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Quickbooks Pro. Familiarity with electronic estimating software, preferably PSI.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbal and written/email, to gain necessary information, from customers and/or team members, to initiate job process.
- Knowledge in adobe suite programs (reading sizes, bleed, etc.)
- Friendly with good communication skills (Experience in a customer support environment is preferred
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work closely with a team
