Retail Sales/Printing Associate

We are in search of a Cashier/Sales/Print individual to join our growing team. We need an outgoing, friendly and social person who will be responsible for maintaining a positive shopping experience for our customers. This individual will be required to accept payments from customers, use a cash or check processing terminal and communicate product information in a clear and knowledgeable manner. The Retail Sales Associate delivers world-class customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, print productions and point-of-sale devices. We're looking for an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills who is comfortable working within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Previous retail sales experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
• Print shop experience, preferred but not required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Keep current on good customer service practices.
• Keep the cash drawer secure.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Answer questions about merchandise and services.
• Operate computerized cash register system.
• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor.
• Professional appearance.
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible.
• Willing and able to work a flexible, part-time schedule. Options for full-time depending on need.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift 40 pounds.
• Availability to work Saturday and Sunday.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
