Duties
- Assist customers in-store by providing friendly, knowledgeable service and support
- Load, unload, and organize inventory.
- Safely load goods into your delivery vehicle.
- Deliver products to customers’ locations promptly while adhering to traffic regulations and route plans
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform safe lifting practices, and maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicles
- Load and unload merchandise efficiently, ensuring proper weight handling techniques are followed for safety and compliance
Requirements
- Proven delivery driver experience with knowledge of route driving and adherence to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations
- Ability to lift heavy items safely, demonstrating manual handling skills and understanding of weight handling in the workplace
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude during deliveries and interactions
- Comfortable using mobile devices for route navigation, delivery confirmation, and communication
