The No-Tox Products Division of Colorcon offers a wide variety of printing inks for direct food contact, pharmaceutical, and medical applications. The Commercial Specialist supports the growth of the No‑Tox business by driving market awareness, generating and qualifying new leads, and improving sales effectiveness. This role bridges digital marketing, content creation, and inside sales by executing targeted campaigns, supporting trade shows, developing commercial content, and serving as the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries.
The position works closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs), Customer Service, Technical, and Commercial leadership to ensure qualified opportunities are efficiently progressed while maintaining high service and data quality standards.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Plan and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Support and execute trade shows, conferences, and industry events, including pre-show promotion and post-show follow-up.
- Actively pursue new leads through trade publications, websites, industry databases, and social media.
- Respond to inbound website inquiries specific to the No-Tox business.
- Track and manage leads generated from marketing campaigns and events within HubSpot.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing and sales content, including email campaigns, blog and social media content, sales presentations and collateral.
- Assist in the development of internal sales enablement materials such as product overviews, application guides, value proposition and positioning tools.
- Align campaigns and messaging with sales, technical, and marketing stakeholders.
- Support new product launches and commercial initiatives.
- Proactively contact existing and prospective customers via telephone and electronic communications.
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads and marketing‑generated inquiries before handing off qualified opportunities to BDMs
- Quantify leads by understanding application needs, timing, and commercial potential.
- If applicable, coordinate provision of product samples to customers.
- Support process improvement initiatives focused on automation of manual processes and establishment of best practices.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Colorcon commercial systems, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business intelligence (BI) tools, and HubSpot.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing, inside sales, or a related commercial role required, with marketing experience highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting directly with customers and commercial teams.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms is a plus.
Working Location
- This is a hybrid position, with up to 2 days/week required in the office at the No-Tox location in Chalfont, PA.
- Working remotely from a home office will be facilitated when applicable and is at the manager’s discretion.
- Up to 10% domestic and/or international travel may be required.
