Position Summary
Responsibilities & Duties
The Process Engineer reports to the Production Manager and is responsible for supporting, improving, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. This role works cross functionally with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and other support teams to drive continuous improvement, reduce process variation, improve reliability, and enhance overall manufacturing performance. The Process Engineer develops a strong understanding of process technologies, equipment capabilities, product specifications, and interactions to identify opportunities for improvement, troubleshoot process issues, and support both existing operations and new process implementations. This position may also support capital projects, process validations, and the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
