Project Coordinator - Commercial ConstructionFull-Time | In-Person | Murrieta, CA | $25-$30/hrColorado West Construction is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers and field teams on active commercial construction projects. This role supports multiple active commercial construction projects and requires familiarity with construction documentation such as RFIs, submittals, and change orders.You'll work closely with 2-3 Project Managers and Superintendents, helping keep multiple projects running smoothly from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesProject CoordinationTrack and expedite RFIs, submittals, and project documentationAssist with project schedules, timelines, and subcontractor coordinationDistribute updated drawings, schedules, and project informationSupport Project Managers and Superintendents with project tracking and reportingDocument & Contract ManagementPrepare and maintain subcontract agreements and insurance documentationCompile change orders, subcontractor billing, and project recordsOrganize and distribute project closeout documentationCommunicationAct as a point of contact for project-related updatesCoordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teamsCommunicate updates regarding budget, schedule, or scope changesQualificationsRequired2 years of experience in a commercial construction administrative or project coordination roleStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyPreferredExperience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management softwareFamiliarity with construction documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience supporting multiple concurrent commercial construction projects is highly preferred.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 15 lbsAbility to bend, kneel, stand, or move for extended periods when neededAdditional RequirementsIdeal Candidate will have experience supporting active commercial construction Applicants should be familiar with standard construction documentation such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontractor billing.Experience supporting multiple concurrent commercial construction projects is strongly preferred.Compensation & BenefitsPay: $25-$30 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday | Full-Time Location: Murrieta, CA (In-Person)Benefits include:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Employer MatchLife InsuranceSupplemental Health CoverageEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid HolidaysVacation TimeCalifornia Paid Sick LeaveApply TodayIf you're organized, proactive, and ready to grow in commercial construction, we'd love to hear from you.Job Posted by ApplicantPro
