Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled bathroom tile shower Installer/remodeler and walk-in tub installer to join our team for completing jobs in the front range from Ft. Collins to Pueblo.
You absolutely must be fully proficient with English.

We are a small local business and we only hire the very best installers. If you do not do top-notch work, and are not an expert bath remodel installer, then please do not apply. (We will know very quickly if you are good or not, so please don’t waste either of our time.) We do not offer training, so you must be a highly experienced installer to apply.
You will be responsible for performing various bathroom remodeling projects such as complete tile shower installations (tub to shower conversions), Walk-in tub installations, tile and laminate flooring installation, pony wall and full wall construction, plumbing work such as digging up cement slab and running drains and plumbing, drywall installation, texturing and painting, small electrical work such as installing light fixtures and outlets. Experience installing walk-in tubs a plus.
We will provide the jobs and materials so all you have to do is be available to do the work. You will need your own tools, a dependable truck and trailer. You will need to be able to send and receive emails, access a Google calendar, open PDF documents and electronically submit invoices. Excellent customer service skills/communication is a must. As I said already, we only hire the best, so a strong history of excellent work is required. We work very professionally and will provide you with everything you need to be successful. Required Skills and Responsibilities:
- Highly skilled tile shower and flooring installation.
- Must be a fluent English speaker.
- Must have general liability insurance and workers comp, or signed lean waiver.
- Perform bathroom remodeling tasks such as demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing
- Have your own power tools and hand tools to complete construction projects
- Skilled with tile shower base concrete forming and pouring
- Read and interpret instructions to ensure accurate construction
- Install fixtures, vanities, sinks, toilets, lights and other bathroom components according to specifications
- Restore and repair existing structures as required such as widening doorways and installing new doors
- Occasional hauling and disposal of construction debris.
- Collaborate with manager to ensure projects are completed on time and clean
Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in using computer programs such as Adobe Reader, Google Calendar, email, text and Excel a plus.
- Experience installing walk-in tubs a plus, but not mandatory
- Ability to read and interpret instructions accurately
- Familiarity with fixture installation procedures
- Skilled in drywall and finishing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills to overcome challenges during the remodeling process
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with customers and team members
