What This Role Is About
As an Apprentice Installer, you’ll work alongside experienced installers learning the Re-Bath installation process from start to finish.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll develop valuable trade skills while helping deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Success means every installation is:
Done right the first time
Completed on time
Delivered with a true “Win the Wow” customer experience
What You’ll Do
- Assist Lead Installers with bathroom remodel installations
- Learn installation techniques and proper use of tools and materials
- Help prepare job sites and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Follow company safety procedures and installation standards
- Take initiative, ask questions, and continuously develop your skills
- Represent company values through your work and attitude

- Ability to use basic hand and power tools (preferred but not required)

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Dependable personal vehicle
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Authorized to work in the United States
