Position Summary:
This role oversees the development, maintenance, and technical operations of an online educational program for veterinary professionals. The position collaborates with the Argus Director and CSU teams to market the program, serves as the primary customer contact for support and troubleshooting, and analyzes pilot-year feedback to refine content and improve the program.

Description of Work Unit:
Veterinary Teaching Hospital
At the CSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital (VTH) we exist to educate the next generation of veterinarians by providing exceptional veterinary care and service to the community every day. This work unit exists to provide administration and direction of the Veterinary Teaching Hospital and provide a support facility for service to the general public and referring veterinarians.

Essential Job Duties:
Design, build, and maintain the Argus Institute’s virtual education platform by translating curriculum into interactive webinar formats, developing user-centered learning tools, and implementing secure systems for content delivery, registration, and revenue collection to ensure reliable, scalable program operations.
Administer and continuously improve platform performance by monitoring site functionality, resolving technical issues, managing upgrades, and aligning the system with emerging technologies and industry standards so the program can deliver uninterrupted, high-quality virtual education.
Provide technical onboarding, training, and support to faculty, staff, and participants by creating documentation, troubleshooting user issues, and ensuring all users can effectively access and utilize the platform to deliver and receive instruction.
Support marketing and outreach operations by partnering with the Argus Institute Director to manage digital infrastructure for promotions, distribute online content, optimize platform visibility, and ensure technology supports audience engagement and program growth.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives by collaborating with faculty, internal teams, and external partners to implement new features, streamline workflows, and support program-wide operational needs tied to virtual education and outreach.
Represent the program and support outreach efforts by traveling to events, conducting site visits, and engaging with partners and stakeholders to expand the program’s reach and strengthen external relationships.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support Argus Institute operations and evolving program needs.

Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational management or other related field or degree completed within 6 months of hire.
Experience designing, organizing, and maintaining online content. Experience coordinating virtual programs across multiple time zones and cultures.
Preferred Qualification:
Ability to translate complex subject matter into engaging, accessible learning modules
Familiarity with instructional design principles and e-learning platforms
Proven ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration
Skilled in setting priorities and adapting to evolving program needs
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative to solve problems
Understanding of how to tailor content for international audiences and veterinary professionals
Competence in managing digital tools for course delivery, user engagement, and performance tracking
Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and liaise with IT or platform vendors
Mindset geared toward building scalable, revenue-generating programs
Ability to monitor program performance and suggest improvements to enhance value
Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and clinic partners
Comfortable gathering feedback and incorporating it into program updates
