To be successful in this role, you bring a strong combination of technical knowledge, scheduling expertise, and leadership skills.

  • Ensure proper work order flow—creation, updates, job plan revisions, PM database accuracy, and schedule close‑out reviews
  • Maintain thorough communication across operations to verify potential problem areas and ensure alignment on maintenance priorities
  • Participate in special projects, committee work, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support safe working practices and compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements in energy facilities
  • Coordinate and schedule all outage-related work with attention to safety, cost, and operational efficiency

  • Proven success in producing multi‑disciplinary schedules and improving QA/QC standards
  • Demonstrated experience interpreting drawings, specifications, and construction documents
  • Proficiency in Maximo, CMMS tools, MS Project, and Primavera.
  • Strong understanding of Preventive, Predictive, and Condition‑Based Maintenance
  • Skilled in Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook; experience with data analysis and cost benchmarking
