Clinical Team Lead – Medical Clinic

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support clinical team members to ensure efficient patient care and clinic operations

• Coordinate daily staff assignments and monitor workflow and performance

• Assist with training, onboarding, and performance evaluations

• Maintain patient flow and support physicians and providers during clinic operations

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, regulatory, and safety standards

• Serve as a backup clinical team member when needed

• Assist with patient communication, medication refills, and referrals

What We're Looking For

• Certified Medical Assistant (required)

• Previous medical office experience required

• Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience with electronic medical records
