Leadership & Program Oversight:
- Facilitate advisory board meetings; report on student progress, externships, and community feedback.
- Lead curriculum reviews and recommend updates during revision cycles.
- Orient new hires and mentor faculty.
- Deliver dynamic lessons using varied teaching methods.
- Provide timely feedback (within 72 hours) on assignments and clinical work.
- Advise students on academic/behavioral concerns.
- Update Program Effectiveness Plans (PEP) annually.
- Document student progress, attendance, and incidents.
- Ensure safety standards and supervise externships (if applicable).
Who We’re Looking For
- Graduation from an accredited Dental Assistant program OR 3 years of clinical experience.
- 3 years of practical dental assisting experience.
- CDA, RDA, or dentist licensure (state-compliant).
- Expertise in four/six-handed dentistry principles.
- Pay Range: $23.73 – $29.66/hour
