Colorado Secure Transportation is seeking dependable and professional individuals for a Night Shift Dispatcher / Driver position. This role combines overnight dispatch coordination with transportation responsibilities, supporting individuals experiencing behavioral health or substance use-related challenges.
The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, safety-focused, and able to communicate professionally in fast-paced situations.
Night Shift Dispatcher/Driver Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch transportation trips during overnight hours
- Monitor driver communication, trip updates, and scheduling changes
- Answer incoming calls from facilities and staff professionally
- Safely transport clients to approved facilities and programs when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation, trip logs, and incident reports
- Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness/readiness
- Follow HIPAA, safety, and company compliance standards
- Maintain professional, trauma-informed interactions with clients and facilities
- Respond calmly and professionally during urgent situations
Night Shift Dispatcher/Driver Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License with clean 3–5 year driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Comfortable working overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Basic computer and phone communication skills
Pay: $22.00 per hour
