This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Administrative Assistant located in Greeley, CO. The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support by managing schedules, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and facilitating communication between team members and executives. Additional responsibilities include managing clerical tasks, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the efficient operation of daily office activities.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience in a corporate or executive support role is a plus
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
