What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager & Talent Consultant position at COLORADO NETWORK STAFFING INC?
Account Manager & Talent Consultant
Colorado Network Staffing (CNS)
Westminster, CO • Onsite • Full-Time (Mon–Fri) • Base Uncapped Bonus
Do you like building relationships, solving problems, and creating opportunities for other people — and want to do it inside a company that’s growing fast enough to grow your career with it?
If so, read on. We’re hiring an Account Manager who wants to become a trusted advisor to clients, not just fill reqs — and who wants a real path to increased responsibility and earnings as CNS scales toward $25M by 2031.
What You’ll Actually Do
This is a hybrid client-facing role that blends account management, recruiting, and business development. On a typical week, you’ll:
• Own and grow a book of client accounts through proactive, consultative relationship management
• Source, screen, and place qualified candidates against open client requisitions
• Develop new business through referrals, warm outreach, and expanding existing accounts
• Partner with recruiters and leadership to deliver fast, high-quality staffing solutions
• Act as the trusted point of contact for hiring managers, candidates, and placed employees alike
Who Thrives Here
You’ll do well in this role if you’re a relationship builder and a self-starter who likes both the hunt and the long-term relationship. Our strongest people are curious learners, clear communicators, and accountable professionals who genuinely enjoy helping others succeed.
This role may NOT be the right fit if:
• You prefer a highly structured environment with little change.
• You’d rather work independently than collaborate across a team.
• You’re uncomfortable with business development or building new relationships.
• You’re looking for a purely recruiting OR purely sales role — this is both.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $62,000–$68,000, depending on experience
On-target earnings: $80,000–$95,000 in year one, through an uncapped, performance-based bonus tied to account growth and placement results. Top performers earn more.
Benefits include:
• Medical, Dental & Vision insurance
• 401(k) with company match up to 4%
• Vacation accrual, paid sick leave, and paid company holidays
• Colorado Paid Family & Medical Leave (FAMLI)
• Voluntary Life, Disability, Accident & Critical Illness coverage
• Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
• Direct access to leadership, mentorship, and professional development

How to Apply
With your application, please answer these two short questions:
1. Which CNS core value resonates most with you, and why?
2. What interests you most about joining a growing staffing company?
Candidates who advance past our initial conversation will be asked to complete two brief assessments — a DISC profile and a 16Personalities (MBTI-style) assessment — to help us understand communication styles and how we can best support you on the team.
