STATEMENT OF DUTIES
Summary Of Job Classification
Provides expert-level, multi-faceted support, which may include any or all the following. Audits and analyzes data regarding court operations and prepares management reports. Evaluates operations and recommends and implements changes in policies or procedures. Prepares and maintains manuals and training documents. Trains or oversees training of new and developing staff. Serves as liaison with local agencies and stakeholders.

THIS POSITION IS .50 FTE AS A COURT OPERATIONS ANALYST AND .50 GRANT FUNDED AS A CONTRACT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
Essential Functions

Supports courtroom operations and programs. Orders supplies and forms, coordinates court functions, meetings, and events, and distributes deliveries. Assists with equipment and phones set up and maintains internal contact list.
Practices continual process improvement strategies for court operation, programs, and functions.
Assists with recruitment of new employees, including screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating between applicants and supervisors throughout the hiring process.
Facilitates new employee onboarding and orientation. Helps create accounts to applicable systems, hosts building tours, and updates distribution lists appropriately.
Develops, deploys, and manages the internal SharePoint website. Manages the District website. Processes invoices for interpreters, contract personnel, and court appointed counsel.
Assists with implementing process and procedure changes due to new or amended legislation. Trains staff appropriately.
Conducts data integrity reviews, identifying errors and recommending corrections and potential improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency. Attends monthly Data Integrity Report meetings.
Liaises with external stakeholders, co-workers, Clerk of Court, District administrative team, and other district and state court administrative staff.
Attends meetings and trainings as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Work requires providing guidance and the potential to oversee another employee. This position may oversee work quality, training, instructing and work assignments. The work performed by majority of employees is complex.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience Equivalency:
High school diploma or G.E.D.
OR
Additional relevant work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required formal education.
Work Related Experience
Five (5) years of experience in a trial court, clerk office, or related administrative field.
Licenses And Certifications
None.
Physical Effort Requirements
Sedentary Work- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally.
Work Environment
Good-Relatively free from unpleasant environmental conditions and/or hazards.
Work Location:
Office or similar indoor environment; confined space.
