What you'll be doing:
This position provides direct administrative support for the daily operations for the State Programs Unit, Finance Unit and the Special Financing Deputy Division Director. Position is responsible for coordinating and scheduling meetings and conference calls for State Programs Unit and Finance Unit Advisory Boards and stakeholder meetings as well as various other work groups. In addition, will attend meetings to provide administrative assistance. This includes setting up the room (physical and virtual) and audio/visual equipment, taking notes, organizing and dispensing meeting materials, and obtaining and organizing contact information for meeting participants. Position provides accurate and timely processing of documents and information. Position ensures web postings for all groups are up to date and meet ADA compliance.

- Four (4) years of relevant experience in Healthcare or Government Administrative Support, Board Management, Program Coordination or as an Executive Assistant.
Education Only
- A completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Health Policy, Public Policy or Administrative Management.
- A combination of related completed education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to four (4) years.
Appropriate education in Business Administration, Public Administration, Health Policy, Public Policy or Administrative Management will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis. Relevant education will be calculated as the following:
- An associate will count as two years of experience
- A bachelors will count as four years of experience
- A masters degree will count for six years of experience
- A doctorate or juris doctorate degree will count for seven years of experience
- Experience providing administrative support in a professional office or government setting.
- Experience with interpreting state and/or federal regulations and policy.
- Experience coordinating and scheduling meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and distributing materials.
- Experience maintaining or updating web content, preferably with attention to ADA compliance.
- Experience supporting boards, committees, or stakeholder groups.
