About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Dental Assistant who is detail-oriented and aligned with a wellness-based philosophy. You will play a key role in supporting biological, restorative, and cosmetic procedures while helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide excellent chairside support during a wide range of procedures
• Support biological dentistry protocols
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms with strict sterilization standards
• Take digital x-rays and intraoral images using low-radiation technology
• Assist with charting, treatment planning, and patient education
• Help create a calm, supportive experience for patients, including those with anxiety
• Participate in ongoing team training and continuous learning

What You’ll Bring:

• Two or more years of dental assisting experience (EDDA preferred)
• Warm, clear communication and a naturally empathetic presence
• Genuine curiosity about biological and integrative dentistry
• A growth mindset and openness to learning outside conventional dental norms
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to protocol and safety
• The ability to collaborate well and contribute to a team-first culture
