Role Description
Colorado Construction Solutions is seeking a full-time on-site Superintendent to oversee and manage the construction process for projects in MI, CO, NE, AZ, ID, IL and WI. The Superintendent will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as supervising construction crews, ensuring work aligns with project plans and schedules, enforcing safety protocols, resolving on-site issues, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and maintaining quality control from project initiation to completion. The role requires close collaboration with project stakeholders to deliver results efficiently and on time.
Qualifications
- Leadership and operational skills, including team management, project scheduling, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality control measures, and compliance practices in construction.
- Experience managing commercial projects across industries such as retail, healthcare, or aviation is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisive, effective, and timely decisions in a fast-paced work environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
- 5 years of experience in construction supervision or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred but not required; equivalent hands-on experience also considered.
