What you will do:
We are looking for a IT NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR who can help shape our vision and support our mission. Here is what the position will look like.
- Maintains and administers computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
- Assists with disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
- Protects data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures.
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses and resolves hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
- Replaces faulty network hardware components when required.
- Monitors network performance and works with the IT Network Engineer to make adjustments as needed.
- Confers with network users about solving existing system problems.
- Operates master consoles to monitor the performance of networks and computer systems.
- Coordinates computer network access and use.
- Designs, configures and tests networking software, computer hardware, and operating system software.
- Implements, administers, and troubleshoots network devices including WAPs, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers.
What you will bring:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in an IT field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience in an IT Network Administrator position. Healthcare IT with experience or knowledge of HIPAA preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Expertise in network infrastructure and network hardware with an emphasis on Cisco routers, switches, firewalls and other devices. Experience with Cisco Nexus product family. A solid understanding of application transport and network infrastructure protocols is highly desired. Understanding of HIPAA. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Understanding of disaster recovery principals and implementation tools, technologies and methods. System administration, supporting multiple platforms and applications. Experience working with public cloud deployments. Automating infrastructure monitoring and alerting tools. Demonstrates support for the company’s mission, vision and values with strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. May be required to manage multiple priorities and projects with tight deadlines.
Licenses/Certifications: Current CCNA (Routing and Switching) or higher certification required. A valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance will be required for any position requiring driving.

Pay, Perks and Benefits at Colorado Access:
The compensation for this position is $88,700.00 - $108,900.00 annually. Colorado Access has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Colorado Access may pay for the position at the time of posting. Colorado Access may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

Where you will work:
This position will be a hybrid model work environment, a blend of ‘In-Office’ and ‘Remote.’
