Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. In this role, you’ll manage staff, drive sales, and ensure the studio runs smoothly while creating a welcoming and engaging environment for customers. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train studio staff
- Schedule team members and manage daily staffing needs
- Lead, coach, and support employees, including performance reviews
- Oversee daily studio operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Promote events, parties, and marketing initiatives
- Manage social media and local marketing efforts
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee product pricing
- Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Conduct safety checks and maintain equipment and facilities
- Coordinate with the Studio Owner on maintenance and repairs
- Participate in events and promotional activities
- Support a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
