What You'll Do Lead Daily Operations Coordinate technician schedules, routing, and service calls
Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and on time Work Directly with Customers Meet with clients to assess irrigation needs
Create estimates and present service or design proposals
Follow up on open quotes and help close business Support Your Team in the Field Jump in on complex repairs and troubleshooting
Provide guidance, training, and support to technicians Drive Quality & Safety Conduct site visits to ensure high-quality work
Promote a strong safety culture and compliance Build & Develop the Team Coach, mentor, and support technicians and office staff
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management Manage Performance & Profitability Track labor, materials, and job costs
Support department goals for efficiency and revenue growth What We're Looking For 8 years of irrigation or landscaping experience
2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial irrigation systems
Experience with estimating, proposals, or client interaction
Valid driver's license
Irrigation certifications (CIC, CID, CLIA) are a plus Key Skills for Success Leadership and team development
Customer communication and relationship building
