Position Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeping Attendant and play a vital role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across various spaces, ensuring every detail contributes to an exceptional experience. Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Room Care
- Perform thorough, high-standard sanitization of guest rooms to ensure spaces are welcoming and pristine for every arrival.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist with janitorial tasks such as replenishing supplies and restocking amenities.
Grounds Maintenance
- Maintain the exterior areas surrounding the guest rooms, ensuring cleanliness and curb appeal.
- Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly disposing of waste and disinfecting high-touch exterior areas regularly.
- Perform general grounds maintenance tasks to ensure the property exterior remains pristine and inviting.
Laundry Operations
- Support the laundry team as needed by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels with care and efficiency.
General Maintenance & Support
- Maintain cleaning equipment and adhere to safety protocols.
- Support housekeeping management in training new team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning environments.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures.
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery.
- Experience with laundry operations and custodial responsibilities preferred.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to cleaning standards.
