Position: Licensed Sales Professional
Position Purpose: Sales focused insurance agent - Leader! Self-starter! People person! This position is responsible for the growth of all things related to the selling of Property and Casualty insurance products for the Fayetteville GA area (Property and Casualty license required).
Location: Fayetteville, GA
Primary Job Functions:
- Must efficiently respond to referrals and call a minimum of 100 leads per day. 90% of all sales should come from referrals and leads provided,10% should come from their personal contacts and networking through key referral sources and active involvement in the community.
- Goal of a minimum of 10 quotes per day.
- Continuously work to exceed sales goals.
- Must always have best interest of customer in mind when educating on coverage or any avenues of Property and Casualty insurance products.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Property and Casualty license required
Skills/Abilities:
- Proven track record of production in fast paced environment
- Must present a professional image.
- Well-developed planning skills.
- Ability to work independently
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and tight schedules.
- A high degree of interpersonal skills, attitude, and judgment.
Work Environment:
- Requires regular office conditions.
- Some travel to meet with clients is required.
