As An Assembly Helper, You Will
- Support mechanics during assembly by holding materials, assisting with manual tasks, and operating shop tools such as grinders, bolt drivers, and band saws
- Handle materials throughout the shop — loading, unloading, staging, and moving items using pallet jacks, forklifts, cranes, and similar equipment
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by cleaning work areas, tools, and machinery
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements, SOPs, and lockout/tagout protocols
- Contribute to efficient workflow by completing general production support tasks as assigned
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Physical stamina — ability to stand for long periods, bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from shop locations
- Experience in manufacturing, plumbing, pipefitting, or similar trades (preferred)
- Familiarity with forklifts or material‑handling equipment, basic power tools, and measuring tools (preferred)
- Veterans and those with previous military experience are encouraged to apply
