Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the parts department, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of orders
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering, stocking, and tracking parts to optimize availability and reduce excess stock
• Lead, train, and motivate the parts team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve departmental goals
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory, and supplier information
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in parts management, preferably within automotive, industrial, or related sectors
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and inventory control abilities
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or management training is a plus
