Colonial Security Services is seeking reliable and flexible On-Call Security Officers to provide coverage for call-offs, vacations, special events, and emergency staffing needs throughout the Philadelphia area. This position is ideal for individuals who are available to work a variety of shifts on short notice.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional security services at assigned client locations.
- Patrol buildings and property to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access control and verify visitor credentials.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
- Complete accurate incident, activity, and shift reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous security experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be willing to pick up AT LEAST 16 hours per week, including weekends
