Responsibilities
- Assist recruiters throughout the hiring process for security officer positions.
- Review applications and screen candidates based on job qualifications.
- Contact applicants by phone, text, and email to schedule interviews.
- Conduct initial pre-screening interviews.
- Process background checks, employment verifications, and pre-employment paperwork.
- Maintain accurate applicant records in the applicant tracking system.
- Respond to candidate inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with job postings across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Support onboarding by collecting required employment documents.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the recruiting department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous recruiting, human resources, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Experience in the contract security industry is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
