Responsibilities
- Oversee daily security operations and ensure all posts are properly staffed.
- Manage, supervise, and support security officers and site supervisors.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and address concerns promptly.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor employee attendance, scheduling, and timekeeping.
- Ensure security officers follow post orders, company policies, and client requirements.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and staffing issues as needed.
- Prepare incident reports, operational reports, and other required documentation.
- Assist with recruiting, training, and employee performance management.
- Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance with applicable security regulations and licensing requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in security management, account management, or security supervision.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with scheduling, reporting, and timekeeping systems.
- Valid security license required for Washington, DC
- Availability to respond to operational and staffing concerns when necessary.
