A CLOSER LOOK AT YOUR ROLE
As our Residential Plumbing Field Supervisor, you will lead technicians and apprentices through coaching, ride-alongs, field visits, and ongoing support. You will help resolve difficult plumbing issues, guide technicians through troubleshooting and repair decisions, review callbacks and workmanship concerns, and ensure customer issues are addressed professionally from start to finish. You will also assist with training initiatives, monitor work-order quality and documentation, collaborate with inventory and office teams, and support improvement projects designed to strengthen department performance. Your success will be measured by the overall success of the team you help develop and lead.
