We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all spaces are tidy and well-organized.
- Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Stock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to management.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in housekeeping management tasks as needed, including training new staff on proper cleaning techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries regarding housekeeping services.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with custodial duties in hotel or residential settings is advantageous.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
