Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid job for an Insurance Agent based in Indiana. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, promoting and selling company products, and helping customers find suitable financial protection plans for their needs. The role includes providing exceptional customer service, educating clients on insurance policies, and staying informed about the latest industry trends and products to address customer requirements effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
- Understanding of financial products and concepts within the insurance and finance sectors
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to address client concerns and deliver tailored solutions
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Motivation to meet and exceed sales goals, with a results-driven attitude
- Prior experience in a sales or client-focused role
- State insurance license or willingness to obtain one upon hiring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus
