This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role located in the San Diego Metropolitan Area. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering tailored insurance solutions, and educating clients on various financial protection products. The role involves prospecting and acquiring new business opportunities, providing top-notch customer service, and assisting clients in finding the right insurance policies to meet their specific needs. The Insurance Agent will also work collaboratively with team members to achieve organizational goals and ensure client satisfaction.

• Proven skills in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Knowledge and experience in Finance and related principles
• Strong Customer Service abilities, with a client-first approach
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Capability to work on-site in the San Diego Metropolitan Area
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work towards goals
• Licensing or certification in Insurance or related fields is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or insurance is advantageous
