Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Representative at Colonial Life located in the St. Michael area. The Sales Agent will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and drive revenue growth
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets
- Negotiate and close agreements with clients
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Utilize our software to track sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Proficiency in account management
- Experience using CRM software is a plus
- Training and recruiting experience
