Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Sales Representative based in Gulf Shores, AL. The Agency Sales Representative is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with local businesses, providing education on Colonial Life’s benefits offerings, and assisting employers in implementing employee benefit solutions. Daily tasks will include prospecting potential clients, delivering product presentations, managing the enrollment process, and supporting clients to ensure satisfaction with Colonial Life’s services.
