Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agency Sales Representative based in Flagstaff, AZ, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Agency Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing outstanding customer service, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, presenting insurance products, managing client accounts, and collaborating with Manager and Team Members to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales and client account management
- Knowledge of insurance products and services
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Insurance in Health, Life & Accident preferred but can be obtained during onboarding period
