As an Agency Owner, you will lead and develop a team of sales professionals, driving growth and success within your assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to build and expand your own business while representing Colonial Life's suite of voluntary benefits products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and expand market presence.
- Cultivate relationships with businesses and organizations to identify opportunities for voluntary benefits solutions.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members to optimize performance and professional development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership or entrepreneurship.
