We are seeking driven District General Agents in the Central Texasterritory to drive sales and develop independent agents, offering valuable voluntary benefits that provide employees with vital financial protection during life's unexpected events.
Successful business owners focus on:
· Recruiting, training, and mentoring sales agents
· Identifying, interviewing, and onboarding sales professionals
· Providing field training and joint sales efforts
· Leading sales meetings, orientations, and development sessions
· Driving B2B sales
· Cultivating relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and decision-makers
· Fostering a competitive and collaborative sales culture
· Strengthening broker partnerships
Beneficial Qualifications and/or Experience:
· Experience in B2B sales
· Background in building independent sales teams
· Experience in recruiting and in talent development
· Strong leadership and motivational abilities
· Prior experience in insurance sales
· Life & Accident/Health Insurance License (or willing to obtain)
· Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic
Compensation: As a District General Agent, you have the opportunity to earn substantial commissions based on sales results, including renewal income, bonuses, and luxury incentive trips.
