Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including face-to-face meetings, telemarketing, and community outreach to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend suitable insurance solutions tailored to individual client requirements.
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums effectively to secure mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional service, ongoing support, and benefits administration guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy details using CRM systems and sales administration tools.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and improve service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry developments, product updates, and regulatory changes related to health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance knowledge.

Skills

• Proven experience in sales with a focus on insurance or financial services.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in both bilingual (English/another language) contexts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM system platforms for customer relationship management and sales tracking.
• Deep understanding of insurance products including health insurance, life insurance, and supplemental or voluntary benefits
• Knowledge of insurance regulation standards to ensure compliance during all sales activities.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain client trust over time.
• Analysis skills to evaluate client needs effectively and identify suitable coverage options.
• Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse client populations and expand market reach.
