Duties
- Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems including simple plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment
- Carry out upkeep tasks to maintain a high standard of building interior appearance and safety
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in accordance with operational procedures
Requirement
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration
- Some Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in repair and operations (MRO) practices for facilities equipment maintenance
- Leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
