Maintenance Staff

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Staff member to ensure the optimal operation of our facilities. In this role, you will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and support the upkeep of our building systems and equipment. Your expertise will help create a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment that supports our operational goals and enhances overall facility performance. Duties

• Conduct routine inspections of building systems, machinery, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and prevent potential failures
• Perform electrical repairs and troubleshooting using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to ensure system reliability
• Manage facilities maintenance activities including plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and structural repairs
• Oversee maintenance, and schedule preventive maintenance
• Supervise or assist with team members during complex repair tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed efficiently

Experience

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments with a focus on electrical, mechanical, or plumbing systems
• Strong knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively for electrical testing
• Customer service skills to communicate clearly with team members and other departments in English
